Erin & Jack's ICA Boston museum wedding is on newsstands everywhere in The Knot! 😍 These superstars earned themselves a 3 page spread - they planned out every little detail from the menu, to their vendor dream team, to the best dance floor jams! ⚡️ The cherry on top of a wedding day is getting published - but I'd say this is the whole banana split! 🙏🏻
Amanda & Trent will tickle you pink with their Boston City Hall wedding on Valentines Day! They tied the knot in their favorite city before catching a flight just two hours later to their honeymoon in New Orleans!⠀
Their ceremony and some of their portraits afterwards were actually filmed by an NBC news crew... not sure if we ever made it on TV, but you bet we were excited!
Amanda sported the FLUFFIEST pink coat with a perfectly matching lace belt and the most adorable vintage kitten heels. Trent came in blazing with maroon trousers, floral tie, and tan jacket. FASHION ICONS!!!⠀
These two bonded over their love of vinyl records and live music three years ago, and now live together with their happy, quirky family.
Buckle up for this beautiful Seaport wedding in Boston!
Kristi & Doug know that good things come to those who wait - and these two waited SIXTEEN YEARS! On a cold winter night in 2001, Kristi attended a house party that Doug was at. After introducing himself, he leapt like a frog over the couch to grab her a drink. A year later they started dating, and the rest was history. They got engaged in the Amalfi Coast in 2013, had a beautiful baby boy, and decided to tie the knot in their old neighborhood of Seaport. They surprised their family and friends by throwing a pop-up wedding on the waterfront with less than two weeks notice, after scratching their City Hall plans to be able to include more of their family and friends.
From the moment they met, Kelly & Jonathan knew there was something extra special about each other. These lovers of Italian food, cuddles, and the great outdoors took a trip to New York City in October, where Jon completely surprised Kelly by proposing in Central Park!
"It's something I replay in my mind almost every night before I go to sleep" says Kelly.
They're getting married next fall outside of Boston, and decided to bundle up in the most fashionable winter attire and adventure around the Boston Public Garden! You would never know, but it was a cool 29 degrees that day with a breeze - but these two rocked their session!
Vanessa & Jeremy's love story began at a place we all love so dearly: the internet. These two wrote messages to each other, and went out on a (successful) date to a bar in the city. A month later, Jeremy took off work to help Vanessa move - and she knew he was a keeper. Despite a bed bug infestation and a crazy roommate situation, Vanessa & Jeremy finally moved into their own place together a year later, with the best kind of roommate - their new cat named Penny! Jeremy asked Vanessa on a walk through Central Park where he tried nervously to choose the perfect spot to propose.
V & J love bubble tea, laughing at ridiculous reality shows, sipping red wine, cooking together, trying new foods (although Ethiopian and Indian are their go-to's) and of course, Penny the cat. They live in New York City, and are excited to tie the knot in Boston next year, so when I found out I was heading down to the city for a week, it was fate to photograph them in the very place they got engaged. Adorable and sweet doesn't begin to describe these two - I am so excited for their big day! <3
A Boston Public Library wedding for the books...
At 5:30pm, the doors to the Boston Public Library reopened for a very special event: Meg & Joe’s wedding. Meg & Joe would land on the more quiet side of the spectrum, and their wedding reflected the elegance of their love without frivolity - because who needs flowers when you have a Renaissance style “palace for the people” built in 1895 and filled with French antique marble?
As dusk fell, beautiful magenta uplighting illuminated the courtyard as their guests settled into their seats. Meg & Joe read their own vows, promising to always support one another and to never jump ahead in their Netflix queue alone. They said, “I do” and joined their guests for a rousing cocktail hour in the courtyard. Dinner was served in the Guastavino Room, with dancing and dessert in the epic mural-covered Abbey Room upstairs. The grandiose European architecture in the library served as the perfect backdrop for these lovers of learning, and the live band serenaded everyone past midnight.
Meg & Joe, may your new life together be filled with adventures to every corner of the globe, lazy Sunday snuggles with your pup, and a lifetime of love and happiness.

Mallory & Ryan: they love going out to eat (and don’t forget the beer), celebrating Ben & Jerry’s Scooper Bowl, taking trips to Maine & Vermont, and binge watching everything from Game of Thrones to The Office. These two have run two half marathons together, too! After dating almost 9 years, Ryan proposed at the exact spot in these photos - the Reflecting Pool underneath the Prudential Center. They’re looking forward to having all of their favorite people in the world together in one place at their Willowdale Estate wedding next summer! They rocked their engagement session - popping champagne six stories above Back Bay and dancing around the Pru.
Holly & Ange:
Two incredibly smart, beautiful, caring individuals, and a strong, patient, loving couple together. They love all things chocolate, are pretty passionate about dinosaurs and robots, and I won’t even get started on their affinity for cheese. They love cheese so much in fact, that they skipped the traditional cake and went for an enormous gourmet cheese spread.
After dating for about 8 years, these city girls decided to tie the knot at Central Bistro in the heart of Downtown Crossing in Boston, accompanied by close family and friends from near and far (across the pond far!)
They had a unique timeline of events: family portraits in Post Office Square first, followed by Holly & Ange’s downtown shoot (they had a blast, if you could tell), then a cocktail hour featuring an expansive raw bar, then the “I do’s” that were officiated by Ange’s father, and then dinner / dance party! Every detail was thought out by the pair, from the toy robot favors for the kids to the chalkboard window seating chart. Ange rocked her prized Chuck Taylors, and Holly transitioned from blue heels to lilac Vans. The weather was perfect, the guests were happy, and Holly & Ange lived happily ever married.
Thank you so much to the incredible vendors that made this night happen!

Who has brown hair, runs faster than a cheetah, and wrestles like they're in the WWE Under 11 competition? Kate + Luke! These fantastic kids joined their parents to Boston on Mother's Day to commemorate the end of a chapter and the start of a new one. They're moving across the country in a few weeks, and wanted to give their last goodbyes to Boston. These two were even sillier than they were three years ago when I last photographed them for Kate's 8 year portraits. What I love about parents Brad + Angie is that they agree with my favorite motto: let kids be kids. Let the kids run wild on shoots, because before you know it, they'll be in their high school grad caps giving wonderful teenage attitude. Embrace the silly. Rock it.
Sidenote: Angie is also the fabulous small business owner of Brule Handmade Caramels! I did devour the bag in three days and it was oh so amazing. I'd highly suggest ordering some for yourself, and learn from my mistake and just go for the big bag.
