Samar & Greg // An historic waterfront wedding

Samar & Greg, two darlings that have such a deep rooted love and respect for each other. I was honored to be a part of capturing their special day.

Samar got ready with her seven bridesmaids and her family members at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA, and Greg and his boys joined him at a cottage house next door. She anxiously awaited the moment she would see him... and as she opened his letter to her in her Mrs. McCorry bathrobe in her room, tears of joy and love fell.

The church ceremony was one of the most beautiful scenes at a wedding I’ve been witness to - sparkling chandeliers, painted walls, stained glass windows, and a magnificent gold alter. Their Greek ceremony was so heartfelt, and after their announcement as husband and wife, they hugged their parents in tears.

Cue beautiful photos at the waterfront, congratulatory pedestrians, and excitedly honking passerby’s… and it was time for the reception! And a wild one at that! They had a traditional Lebanese entrance - drummers, dances, and a bride & groom chair lift! Everyone joined in, holding hands and singing with the newlyweds. It was beautiful.

They all danced the night away…

Samar & Greg, I wish you happiness and love for your journey together as husband & wife - I know you'll love each other more with every sunrise and sunset... keep treating her like the princess she is! <3
